Thank you for shopping at CamperReady Lab.

We sell digital products, including printable PDF checklists and travel planning files. Because these products are delivered instantly after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the digital file has been delivered or downloaded.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

- You purchased the same product twice by mistake.
- You did not receive access to the digital file.
- The file is corrupted or cannot be opened, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- You contacted us before accessing or downloading the digital product.

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us at camperreadylab@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

Digital products are not physical goods. No physical item will be shipped.

By purchasing a digital product from CamperReady Lab, you acknowledge that the product is delivered digitally and may be available for immediate download after checkout.

CamperReady Lab sells digital products only. No physical products are shipped. Download links are delivered by email after purchase.
